Chili's Grill and Bar

I had a better experience this time than last. Last time the floors and bathrooms at this location were really dirty and this time that was not an issue. Hopefully the improvements continue because I really like their food and the deals they have. We did the 3 for $10.99 and up and the unlimited chips with 3 dips really rocked! My daughter got a classic Margarita and it was way too sour so that was the only issue. Our server was new and definitely needs to learn to look up a bit more but that will come with time. He was very nice so that's what's important. There was an error with the bill and the manager fixed it right away which is always appreciated. I'm glad to say that I will visit agai...

Update: we visited again in 2023 and this place has significant improvements. Service from door to table was excellent. Very organized, efficient team work, attentive and fast service. Keep in mind this place is busy and popp’n. The place looks redecorated and cleaner. The food display improved. Molten cake is an undeniable undisputed amazing dessert. Overall great upgrade. ——— Always packed. Not the cleanest. Staff are so busy and restaurant seems understaffed...servers take a while to get to your table.. however once they do they are very friendly (shout out to our awesome server Gianna ... restaurant often missing or out of certain ingredients.

The service was wonderful! The staff were great some of the nicest attentive people I’ve ever dealt with. However the restaurant was just overall gross and there was no utensils washed so we had to wait for a good 20 minutes for clean forks. I just ate my salad with a soup spoon. There were no straws or napkins and we had to ask several times before we got them. The crowd is a little rough… keep that it mind, a lady literally relieved herself next to someone’s car in the parking lot. I doubt I’ll ever visit this place again but like I said the staff are super nice!

Got out of work early and a co-worker and I decided to go eat here. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated within seconds. The person who waited on us was extremely nice and patient. I told her that I had a coupon for a free appetizer and she helped me make sure it showed up so it could be used during his dine in experience. She was attentive and checked in a couple of times making sure we were good. I talked my co-worker into trying something new and she ended up liking it. I would recommend anyone to come here. An Absolutely 5 star restaurant, and Brian McKnight only inspired that even more with the 3 for 10.99. The food is always delicious down to the every bite, great appetizer menu, great entrees and great drinks. There's something on the menu for everybody, whether you are going here for lunch or at night or you want to go on a nice date. Definitely will always come back, one of my favorite restaurants ever

Always love their 3-for-$11 menu option. Went my brother and we got the chips/salsa, potato soup, quessadillas, and chicken sandwitch, with you drinks, for $30 overall. Chicken sandwitch was massive and very juicy. Not quite as satisfying as some chicken sandwiches in the area, but a great atmosphere and other offerings made it worth it!

Had the pleasure of meeting Angie! The way she mulitasked divided her attention amongst several parties occupying the bar was nothing short of miraculous. I walked into Chilis but I felt like I was at a relatives house for the holidays. you know the food good when the plate looks like mine lol when you come to Chilis go see sweet Angie

Came in with a party of 20 on a Monday around 6:30-7. The waitress was very attentive. We received all of our orders very timely. However it left alot to be desired. Food was not hot. Felt like it was warmed in the microwave. In addition to seasoning being questionable. I will go back with the hopes that food prep is better Reserva una mesa ahora

Went with my mother in law for our birthday dinner together and we had a wonderful time. Not too many people, we went around 2pm. Wonderful waitress! And, of course, great food! 8/10

I went on a Sunday and was seated quickly, the bartender was incredibly good at her craft, the food was cook perfectly
