I placed a lunch order at Chili's Grill Bethpage at 12:38, and by 12:50 it was ready. When I stepped inside to pay, an employee promptly noticed me and offered quick and friendly assistance. They even kindly offered to bring my order out to my car. Shortly after, the manager, dressed in a black and white striped shirt, personally delivered my food. The meal was served piping hot, looked fantastic, and tasted incredibly fresh. The menu at Chili's Grill Bethpage clearly offers great choices, and overall, my experience was excellent. I will definitely return here for lunch!
Standard atmosphere... Clean and organize. Service.... Host was excellent, brought us to our seat with a big smile Waiter was a little slow and keeps forgetting things! Food was better... Fast, hot... New Orleans mozzarella stick was yummy, very light heat... Burger was not as described but doable! Mex bowl was good... Little heat and portion was definitely great. Compared to other Chili’s locations in Queens and Nassau County, this one deserves five stars. Even though I live in Queens, I’m happy to drive almost an hour to this spot because of the exceptional service. Plus, the food is always hot and fresh. This location consistently goes above and beyond my expectations.

I always have a wonderful experience at Chili's Grill Bethpage. Our waitress Karissa was fantastic and truly deserves a medal. The food was delicious and well worth the price. I love this place and can't wait to return!
The atmosphere was rather loud. Our server didn’t have much personality and felt a bit disconnected. I've visited other Chili's locations that offered a much better experience.
Chili's is a dependable chain restaurant. The food and service are consistently excellent, and I always feel confident that I will have a great experience.
