Not an exaggeration, but the absolute worst service I 've ever experienced. The restaurant was pretty empty for it being peak dinner hours. I ordered a makers and diet. Kenzie stood at our table silent for a solid 3 mins trying to find it on the tablet. I even said nevermind about it just so she could get my husband 's drink order. Completely awkward. Writing it down would 've been so much faster. The skillet queso tasted like Cincinnati chili and refried beans, but wasn 't terrible. My husband 's sirloin was way over cooked and bland. The mashed potatoes were dry even though they were sitting in water. However, my Santa Fe burger was delicious. The $3 root beer in a bottle tasted watered do...
Just stopped by to pick up an order. Waited 10 minutes for someone to bring it out so walked in and it was ready on the shelf, no one there then get back in my car and this guy walks out and starts questioning me, am I a dasher? Is this order for dash? Like shouldn't you know and if you were doing your job the order should've been brought out because I was there not put on the shelf and forget about me and then give me such a hard time for grabbing it. What kind of customer service is this. Did not like that guy's attitude. Did not deserve that
The condition of the bathrooms was appalling—soap dispensers were hanging off the walls, tiles were cracked or missing, there was toilet paper strewn across the floor, and the mirrors and paper towel holders appeared to have been vandalized. Rust was noticeable everywhere. Overall, this made our visit quite unpleasant, and we couldn't wait to leave. Given the state of the common areas, I found it hard to trust the cleanliness and preparation of the food. I would not consider returning to this location unless it undergoes a complete remodel.
I had a very pleasant experience at Chili's last night. We came in on a Friday night around 8:30 and the place was fairly empty so we were seated immediately. Our server, Garrett, was with us very shortly and brought out waters. He was extremely friendly and very attentive. I ordered the Carne Asada and it was so good. For the price, experience, and quality, I highly recommend Chilis.

Went to Chili's for dinner and the food was decent. The thing that bothered me was how dirty the restaurant was. The windows you could barely see out of. I don't understand how the manager keeps his or her job. The service was very good and the food was okay but I don't like going to a dirty place.
Ordered thru Doordash to my hotel. No issues. Fast service. I rarely eat steak but it was medium well and tender. Mashed potatoes were a plentiful serving. Broccoli not over seasoned. Food came in less than 40 min. Will order again when I stay in Mason again.
So the pasta was barely seasoned-taste wise, I honestly don't really think it was a good idea to put honey in the chipotle tenders. Loved the fries though!!! Regardless, the packaging was the best and I love that I received my order.
If nothing else, chips and salsa and a cold beer. This location feels a bit dated and run down, but they have made recent updates to the bar area with new beer taps and TVs. The servers are always great and consistent.

Their chips are THE BEST hands down. I would go just for those! Our waitress was most excellent, right on point! I had fajitas and they were great!
Everything was perfect, at the right temperature and fast! Score!!
