I have been here since about 3:10pm and I’m just getting a drink at 4:00pm the lunch is over, I was told by the bartender it was no happy hour only to be told by the customer next to me that it is happy hour, because that’s what she told him and he’s been ordering all day. The bartender was asking for help and the manager didn’t help or get help until a lady at the bar wanted to leave because of the terrible service. We began our dinner with a Coconut Margarita made with Patron and the new Blackberry Margarita, also with Patron, accompanied by complimentary chips and salsa. I ordered the fajitas with shrimp, chicken, and steak, which were absolutely delicious! My fiancé chose the Smokehouse Combo, which included roasted street corn, French fries, garlic bread, a half order of brisket quesadilla, and a half order of ribs with the house BBQ sauce. I ordered my meal through UberEats, and when it arrived, the container was open. Who sends hot food in a plastic container? My food was cold and didn't taste freshly made; it seemed like it had been sitting out all day. It was completely unappetizing. Why not use containers that keep the food warm? The portion size was incredibly small, as if it were meant for a child. You could even count each piece, including the grains of rice. Seriously? The price definitely did not match the quality or quantity of the meal.
The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally polite. I highly recommend it because there are numerous menu options and special deals that are very affordable. You almost never have to wait long for a table, and the place is well-maintained. The bottomless chips with salsa and dip are a fantastic way to start, and the food is consistently served quickly and warm. I highly recommend this spot!

The food was great, the service was ok, the atmosphere is pretty good until I stepped into the men's bathroom water everywhere like someone took a bath paper towels on the floor over flowing the garbage can. Also someone stuck a wad of paper towels to the door of one of the stalls like they are 10 years
I want to express my gratitude to our server, Kaylee (I hope I spelled that right), and the entire Chili’s team at this location for providing us with an outstanding dining experience. My girlfriend and I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.
The quality of service and food at this restaurant has declined. The broccoli I was served two days ago was inedible, as the pictures demonstrate. However, my children really enjoy dining here, so it looks like we will have to come back in the future.
The food was quite tasty. The service was a little slow, but the restaurant was quite busy during my visit. I also thought the noise level was a bit too loud for my preference when it was crowded.

Oscar, the manager, is incredibly rude and appears to be very unhappy in his position. He is the worst manager I've ever come across.
My daughter and I favorite restaurant to go to. Always great service!
