Ordering and paying online (tip included) was easy, and pick up time was fast. My order was brought to my car within the time frame given over text message. Overall a good pick up experience. However… It was an awful eating experience. For $40, we received two very sub-par meals. The Buffalo chicken salad was a sad sight of thin plain fried chicken breast slapped on top of bagged grocery store salad. The steak fajita was by far the worst decision. You know the meat quality is bottom of the barrel when the same piece of meat is simultaneously soggy, chewy, overcooked, AND undercooked. We had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. After arriving and telling them there were two of us, we had to wait 20 minutes before they asked for our name, which wasn't even on the list. When our appetizers finally arrived, they were disappointing. The fries were served cold and all stuck together with cheese; it was impossible to separate one without pulling them all. The chicken appetizer had a rubbery taste, suggesting it had been sitting in the back for too long. I also ordered a Bloody Mary, but it was poorly presented, just a slice of lemon on the rim. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed.
As a registered nurse with many years of experience, I know that such a high salt intake is very harmful. It can drastically raise blood pressure, increasing the risk of a stroke, and lead to issues like pulmonary edema and severe shortness of breath. I had to take extra diuretics when I got home to relieve the excess fluid from all the added salt. Plus, the over-salting ruined the flavor of the food.
I’ve dined at another Chili's before and never encountered this issue. I prefer to actually taste my food rather than just salt! I will not return, unless it’s just for dessert or a drink.
Stopped in here for dinner while on our way to our next destination of our vacation. We were local at the time and wanted something we knew. So Chili's it was. While the restaurant isn't the cleanest I have seen, The attention from the staff was as expected in the food wasn't bad either everything was put to our liking and met our expectations. Nothing here to brag about. I do feel that the store has been neglected some and could use a good deep clean to make it a bit more appealing to the crowd. Compared to the location I am used to visiting at home this location is sub-par.

I really love this restaurant chain. The food and atmosphere are consistently excellent at every location. However, it took the waitstaff over five minutes to take our drink order after we were seated. Normally, I would get up and leave at that point since it often signals a decline in service, but my wife convinced me to stay. I’ll take away one star for that, but the food was really great.
The waitress we had was in the fire. I was already advised when we came to the restaurant with my party of 11 that they had only three waiters and would do their best. She did an excellent job to provide us with a good service we had for a long time. What are my expectations were low and she blown it out of the water! Well worth the 30% tip.
I was very happy with our visit! The food was of great quality and the service was exceptional for what looked like to be the normal understaffed problem every restaurant has today. The manager even helped with serving tables, everything felt quite efficient. The dining area was clean and well maintained and overall a positive experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the service. My wife ordered the hamburger and fries along with a diet Coke, while I opted for the chicken soup and a house salad. It's always a pleasure to dine at Chili's, and we've never been disappointed!

Host was a little slow but nice, our waitress was the best. She got everything right, quick with service and accommodations. She favors a family friend and wit her great service she eas given a great tip. Pretty dark skin lady
