We drove all the way from San Antonio to eat here! Seriously this is one of the best Chinese restaurants on the planet when it comes to the food! First off, the EGG ROLLS!! HOLY SCHNIKES! They are massive and look like Chipotle fried burritos they are so massive but they are incredible! Then the amount of servings on the dinner entrees are very generous and you will not leave feeling hungry still and without feeling like you’ve had to empty your wallet also! The Mongolian Beef was seriously delicious off the charts! It was like they took filet minon and super succulent skirt steak and marinated it just right! The lemon chicken and mushu pork was just hitting also harder than a mound of coke...
Diamond on the outskirts of Downtown Houston. Just a block south of the Toyota Center. The food is cooked fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the Egg Rolls, Dumplings, Fried Rice and Lemon Chicken. The outside building is weathered but inside brings you into a little piece of China in Houston. They have a parking lot that 's free if you dine in. The prices are a little high but reasonable for the Downtown area. Enjoy and Bon Appetit!!!
The BEST chinese food in all of Houston! A family run business that makes their customers feel like family too. The best egg rolls I’ve ever had, veggie dumplings with real veggies not just cabbage, incredible lemon chicken, mongolian beef full of flavor…. just to name a few of my favorites. I never go to Houston without stopping here for dinner!
Very friendly staff and very fast service and delivery to the table. This is even an hour and a half before a comedian was performing across the street at the Toyota center. The food was pretty good. Although if you like peanuts in your contact chicken they don't have them. The cheese puffs were delicious and the egg drop soup is standard.

This place has been in Houston for over 50 years. This was my first time visiting this restaurant . i ordered the Mongolian beef entree and a tasty hand rolled eggroll. I must say I was impressed with the flavorful steak, freshly made eggroll and sauces. This is a must visit in Houston when searching for the best Chinese restaurant!
We ordered the spicy chicken, orange chicken, and grilled chicken plate. Best egg rolls we have ever had in our lives! My fiancée won’t stop raving about the egg rolls. Great service. Each recommendation our waitress suggested was a hit. The bar looked inviting. My only regret was not ordering a drink.
Egg rolls, cheese puffs, won ton soup, pork dumplings, all were very awesome. I missed the older style Asian restaurants that you could sit down and order, most all have switched over to buffet style. this place is a blast from the past and a breath of fresh air. I can't wait till my next visit.
Very rude waiter, would not like bringing refills. And it was only a party of 4 and they did not want to split the check. They also auto grade even though it was only 4 of us. Very rude atmosphere

Older restaurant near Astros ballpark. Has nice cozy bar in the restaurant. Nice egg rolls. Not the skinny spring roll type. A little expensive but was good Cantonese style food.
The wonton soup is the best I’ve ever had. I’ll always get my wonton from here or I won’t get it at all.
