the staff is very rude and not helpful and has hung the phone on me. they claimed that the supplier had been in my own to deliver the food and had asked me to see if I was in. I have no contact. from them to these wise. to make the dinge even worse when I called the load for the situation of food, some hours and minutes since I ordered it, they explained that they did not supply the food to me and I was not entitled to a refund. I'm talking about eating for a refund now. these cowboys are the worst chinese outfit in the city. they save their money and go to another.

was late in the night hungry, so I thought I would give my closest Chinese a jump, ordered the crispy aromatic escape. the flesh was full of fat and when I removed it there was only about half a pot of mushygrey meat. the worst part, although the Hoisin sauce was, it literally tasted like blood and had a disgusting bitter after the taste. absolutely terrible. could not carry on after the first two bites, had to throw everything in the garbage. the biggest waste of money.

Ordered from this takeaway as we are staying away in London so we didn’t really know what to expect. Ordered the spare ribs and they were hard/chewy you could not even pull them apart with your fingers and would not even feed them to my...dog they were that awful. Chips were cold, just a absolute waste of money. Call them up to complain to see if we could get refunded or some money back and as soon as we started to complain he hung up on us RUDE never ever again.

I would not give any stars if possible, but unfortunately that is not an option. The customer service is non-existent and they refuse to cancel orders even if they cannot fulfill them. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs!

That's the worst Chinese thing I've ever had. the food was tasteless, the reserve ribs were boiled and chew, the suppe had hard meat pieces in it and the spring rolls were undercooked. absolutely revolting.
