I'm embarrassed to admit that I should have written this review ages ago. I'm a regular at Sakura but I have wanted to keep the place a secret for myself but that is obviously not fair or sustainable. Fortunately the rest of the world doesn't think selfishly like me. What can I say about this place. Well lets start with the food. It's frankly the best Sushi I've ever had and I've done my fair share of travel. We moved to South Woodford 5 years ago and have previously used Wansteads Sumo Fresh until Sakura moved in. I ordered from this restaurant for the first time yesterday. The only slight downside was the wait for the order, but it was worth it. Everything was freshly made and extremely tasty. The sushi was beautifully presented and delicious. All of the hot dishes were excellent and enjoyed by meat eaters, seafood lovers, and the vegan in our group. Another positive was that the vegan options were clearly labeled and diverse. I now understand why there was a wait - the food was definitely worth it!

Delicious fresh food lovely people working there too the sushi is so fresh the salmon cones excellent all hot food is cooked freshly noodles are Devine I am so lucky I live opposite the shop

We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. We ordered a variety of sushi for three people and it was delicious. The food was prepared quickly, despite the restaurant being busy. Thank you!

I pre-ordered a takeout because it was a large order, and I must say the food was fantastic and the service was excellent. It's a shame they don't offer dine-in options.
