It was the younger son who took my order over the phone, he heard me incorrectly so I got the wrong food. HOWEVER, I called and told them what happened and this happened right before they closed, but they were kind enough to offer me the correct plate at that very moment, WHEN THEY WERE CLOSING, or the next day. I love this place absolutely. I and my wife get food at least once a week. I don't branch out much, but a few things I've tried aren't things I'd usually turn out to be really great. I don't think I've ever got a bad food from this place, and if I did, I don't remember because I've gone so often there and they have it so often right that I can't even seem to get it wrong. They are also very satisfied with special wishes. I always take into the notes that I want extra sauce on my wife's general tao chicken and always get through it. My first time ordering here but if I lived in the area I would be a repeat customer. The menu is pretty standard for Chinese carryout but they do it well. The ingredients were all fresh and tasty. I got the combo dinner of scallops in garlic sauce which was a very good deal for the price. It would have been nice to get a few more scallops but they were tender and flavorful. We ordered at the counter and our meals were packed and ready to go in about 10 minutes.
One of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. Prices are great, food is even better, and if you just want a calm and quiet place to eat, this is where to go. They have pupu platters for only 12.95 and it comes with more food than the ones at other places for normally 19.99. Definitely would come again, definitely would recommend!! Since moving to Tiverton, we've been ordering takeout from them and it's always been fantastic! The food is excellent and the service is wonderful!
