Rude service and terrible food! I wish we had read all the negative reviews before the order. We ordered six dishes to pick up for three people. Although we showed up early, most of the foods were already stony cold and strange... dreadfully boiled in an evil glop by Goo. What it lacked in pleasant texture made it with practically no taste. When each of us agreed to poor food quality, we called on them to inform the management of our lack. We talked to two separate people, both of whom were rude, indicating that it was somehow our fault. Examples: 1) We ordered our food without MSG, as it is offered as an option on their menu. The employee we complained to told us that the MSG is the taste....

For example: 1) We ordered our food without MSG, as it's an option on their menu. The employee we spoke to dismissed our complaint by saying that MSG is what gives the food flavor. We have avoided MSG for years and have never had food taste this bland. He didn’t know what else to say when I suggested a simple apology would be appreciated. That’s when our call was disconnected. 2) To his credit, the supposed manager did call us back, but he also showed no concern for our situation. When we mentioned that the chicken curry wasn't spicy, he told us it wasn't meant to be, even though our paper menu, their main in-house menu, and the online menu all indicate it should be spicy. This call ended ab...

The food here is fantastic, and it has become a family favorite. Occasionally, some dishes can be a bit oversauced, but that's a minor issue. One amazing aspect is that no matter how much you order, your food will always be ready in just 15 minutes. However, I did find it a bit strange to see someone cutting green beans at the front table of the restaurant, right on the glass without a cutting board. This raises concerns about health standards, which is disheartening for someone who has experience in the food service industry. Because of this, I may reconsider the quality of the kitchen and might check out other Chinese restaurants for this reason.

I find myself back here once again and I'm giving it 2 stars because the BBQ pork fried rice was enjoyable. The noodles, however, lacked flavor but were decent enough. The sweet and sour chicken was disappointing; it was soggy and not tasty at all. I usually prefer it with plain chicken and the sauce on the side. It would have been nice if they had offered soy sauce or something similar, but they didn't. Also, there were no plates provided. Reserva una mesa ahora

I wouldn't recommend eating here again. I rated it 2 stars because the BBQ pork fried rice was good. The noodles were okay, but they lacked flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was soggy and not enjoyable; I prefer it made with plain chicken and the sauce on the side. It would have been better if they had provided some soy sauce or something similar, but they didn’t. Also, there were no plates.

The food was delicious and plentiful. My mother has diabetes, and the owner and the chef came up with creative ideas to prepare her meal, showing great understanding and flexibility. The meals were served promptly. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Although I am currently out of the area, I will definitely return to this restaurant when I come back.

I've been dining at this restaurant for about 10 years. I hadn't visited in a couple of months, and when I returned, I noticed that my usual dish, mu shu pork, had increased in price from $14 to $19.92. It's unbelievable—every couple of months, the price has gone up by $2! I guess it’s time for me to find another place, like China House.

Typically, the food here is decent, but this visit was disappointing. The General Tso's chicken was completely flavorless, and the pot stickers were mostly dough with a filling that lacked any taste. To make matters worse, they didn't even include the fortune cookies, and each dish was $3 more than last month. Overall, it was a letdown. Reserva una mesa ahora

I’ve been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, and the food is just as incredible as it always has been. You can always count on it to be satisfying.
