Most of our customers are very pleasant, but she was definitely an exception. An elderly woman nearby even commented that the guest seemed intentionally difficult and had a bad attitude. I mentioned that I was simply unlucky to encounter someone like her that day.
I also noticed another review accusing me of lacking manners or respect. But how could I properly engage with her while I was on the phone? Did she expect me to divide my attention? She should have seen the many other guests waiting in the lobby—did she not understand the situation? It’s unfair to expect otherwise! Why couldn’t she wait patiently like everyone else?

The food here is usually good, but my visit today was very disappointing. I often request extra soy and duck sauce with my order, and it has never been a problem in the past. However, the woman behind the counter, who typically takes my order, reacted negatively when I politely asked for more sauce. She said, "I already gave you 5!" I should note that was 5 packets total, not 5 of each, and I had a lot of rice that needed sauce. I responded, "Okay, but can I have some more?" I was even willing to pay if necessary. I absolutely love China Kitchen. It offers the best Chinese food I've encountered anywhere in the country. Having tried Chinese dishes in both Colorado and Louisiana, nothing compares to this spot. The food is always served hot, and their menu features the best fried rice, generously packed with shrimp. The chicken sauces are exceptional, with the sesame chicken being my top pick. I highly recommend China Kitchen to everyone!
I tried the shrimp fried rice and two egg rolls from China Kitchen, and the food was delicious. However, I encountered two problems. There were no shrimp in the bottom half of the container, and I only got one egg roll. A staff member explained that they combined the two egg rolls into one. I didn’t even want to give a star! I found this lil guy in my food. So glad the shrimp was turned around where I could see it.. I will never eat here again!! Just disgusting!

The food was disappointing. The wontons were soft and cold, and for ten of them, I received only a third of a cup of sweet and sour sauce. The fried rice was also hard.
My food always great when I go here no complaining my way very hot and good I ordered the egg foo young it was great
