The custom service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. We called to order takeout and the man that answered the phone was absolutely rude from the moment he picked up the phone. He sighed heavily after each order item, he argued about the menu, told us we were ridiculous, and told us to call back when “ we got it together “. Then he hung up on us. We had a large order and his awful attitude cost him a lot of money. By the way, his site said he was not busy.
Unfortunately the chicken chow mein was not at all what I was expecting. I am admittedly not very familiar with Chinese food, but with some research I thought chicken chow mein would consist of pan fried noodles in a dark brown sauce. However, that was not what I received, I wish the website had more photos so I knew what to expect given the regional differences of this dish.
I have ordered from china sky for more than a decade. Unfortunately on February 3rd, 2024. My whole family became sick with food poisoning. I tried to return the food. I was yelled at and was told to get out of the restaurant. Today is February 5th, and we’re still sick, my 8 year old is missing school. Shame on the owner and I will report this to the board of health
RUN !! dont walk from this place. We tried to place an order and to say that the man who answered the phone was rude is a severe understatement. He was extremely impatient, talked down to us, continually signed heavily after every item, then cursed at us and hung up on us! So disappointed won't deliver to me because I live two blocks over from the Milton Dorchester line in Mattapan. My stepdaughter is a Vegan and we have been delighted by their Vegan options. Yes, we can pick up, yes we can Uber Eats, yes we were willing to pay the $4 delivery charge...sadly we live two blocks on the wrong side of the tracks :
Tried to place a large order for delivery by phone. The man who answered was impatient, rude, and vulgar. He kept sighing heavily and complaining at me for ordering more egg rolls. He was horrible to me, used vulgar language and then hung up on me.
Tried this place because it was recommended by locals. Most of the food was burnt with the exception of the ribs which were undercooked. Small portions for high price. Taste was poor. Worst I ever had

Very busy took a while to wait for my pick up. Also, they happen to forget to call my name but other than that the food wad fabulously delicious!
