I ordered the house special Mai Fun, which featured perfectly cooked chicken, tender strips of pork, delicate shrimp, sautéed celery, green onions, and carrots, all served on a bed of rice noodles. You can request it to be spicy, but I chose not to. It was a delicious dish that provided more than I could finish, packed in a to-go container with a lid. The staff, especially a very friendly guy who was also the cook, made the experience even better. You can watch them cook while you wait. The restaurant offers both dine-in and take-out options.
