I heard about this restaurant from a friend and thought it might be a more affordable option than New China (which is unbeatable on Leffingwell and First). However, I quickly realized that freshness really makes a difference. The use of MSG wasn't overwhelming, but the noodles were bland, as was the rice. We tried the orange chicken (which was overly breaded), the jalapeño chicken (the highlight of our meal with a nice spicy kick), teriyaki (huge portions of meat, but they should have cut it thinner), and mushroom chicken (which had too little chicken and too much zucchini). Everything was fine except for the terrible staff and the overcharging. I grabbed a Coke from the refrigerator and placed it on the counter right in front of the cashier, who later insisted she hadn't charged me. However, I received a receipt showing I was charged for two Cokes. On another occasion, I was charged for three egg rolls when I only ordered two. The customer service was poor, and the attitudes of the staff were unacceptable. They urgently need to be replaced.
TERRIBLE PLACE. Very expensive and VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The woman that took my order had a very bad ATTITUDE. I ordered shrimp but was only given 2 shrimps and a pile of onion. I ordered 3 eggs rolls and was charged for 3 but was only given 2. THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING, AND THE TRUTH IS ITS NOT GOOD. I would definitely NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE. I wouldn't be surprised if they closed down soon. OWNERS should pay more attention to their employees!
The food for a 2 item and a side of meat and small egg flower soup for one person came out to $19. This place is an expensive panda express. Food was decent and the lady gave a good amount so I have no complaints.

This is the first time I've been to this Chinese restaurant in La Mirada that I've never ate before in all of my life. It's really nice on the inside and I can cross Chinese Taste Fast Food off my bucket list.
As soon as I walked in, I could see that everything was very clean. The food was genuinely delicious. The woman who assisted me with my order was very friendly. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely delicious. I got white rice, orange chicken, and green bean chicken. The green bean chicken was the best I've ever had!! I definitely recommend this place.
