Never again!! We 've been going here for a couple of years but the customer service, the cleanliness and the food have steadily been going down hill. The woman (I believe the owner) has become so nasty and rude. We ordered a couple of take out combo orders tonight and when we picked up the orders she asked if we needed any sauces and we said yes, we need 6 duck sauces. She said that 's too much...will give you 3 . We again said we need 6, what 's the big deal? She said NO, and then threw 3 little packets in the bag and walked away. Will NEVER NEVER set foot in the place again. I asked for 6 of each sauce and the owner (the wife who is always miserable) told me that was too much for our 2 combos and walked away from me. I will go to any other place than this. Such a horrible person. And to add insult to injury they didn't give us our entire order that we paid for!!

Staff had forgotten things in my order. When I called to ask about it, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, yelling at me saying I was wrong. Food has become terrible and undercooked. Do not order here, order from I perial orchid instead.
