I had the chicken franchise in 2018-2019 at this time it was 4 stars..2021-2022. it changed. Pizza cake was okay. But October 2022 I was seriously ill to eat a Tortellini dish with the side of the meat balls. I don't know who it was with? I thought I had an orange vodka sauce, but a cream of light pink sauce that tasted delicious. I have severe stomach pain for hours of nausea and feel like vomiting. I ordered a side of meatballs and it did not look out or taste like ground beef. a large blob of boiled bright tan strange meat in the plate. It was terrible that I got sick. disrespectful of selling this to me and taking my money. It wasn't meatball and prices. It's a food and security problem....

I also tried their grandma pie, which was unlike any I've ever encountered. It was quite bland—I couldn't even tell if there was any cheese on it, and it certainly didn’t have the sweet sauce typical of a grandma pie. Instead, it resembled more of a flatbread with a very light drizzle of sauce and cheese. To top it all off, I had requested that the delivery be left at my door, as I live with others and a dog who gets anxious with knocks. Instead of leaving it at the door, the delivery driver just opened my front door without knocking, which was quite unsettling. Overall, I was very unhappy with my order, especially considering it cost me around $50.

The meatballs were particularly concerning; they didn't resemble or taste like ground beef at all. What I received was a large, undercooked, light tan blob of something that was inedible. It was utterly horrible and made me sick for hours. I find it disrespectful to sell such a dish and charge customers for it, especially at these prices. It raises serious food safety concerns. When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone seemed indifferent to the fact that the food made me sick. I clarified that it was not an allergy, and when I requested a refund, he refused. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

As for the Grandma Pie, it was unlike any version I've ever encountered. It didn't taste good, and I couldn't even tell if there was any cheese on it. The sauce lacked the sweetness that a Grandma Pie typically has, making it feel more like a flatbread with a light spread of sauce and cheese, rather than a proper pizza. Additionally, I had a frustrating experience with the delivery. When the driver arrived, they didn’t knock; they just opened my door, which startled me, my housemates, and even my dog. Overall, I was really disappointed with this order, especially considering it cost around $50. Reserva una mesa ahora

So my friends decided to buy the pizza from this place. Unfortunately, I felt so inclined to write a review. We tried a plain cheese pizza pie and ordered a few sodas with some garlic knots. I ate it and for the next few days my stomach was hurting. It felt like my stomach and intestines were having a world war in there. Horrible cramps that got worse with time. The only other thing I feel sorry for other then my intestines, was the toilet. It suffered a fate worse then death for those few days. Its so bad I think I gotta redo my entire my bathroom wall and plumbing.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. We began dining here around two years ago, and the food was outstanding. However, I find it to be merely average now. I'm not sure if there are new owners or cooks, but something has changed. As a vegetarian who enjoys potato and egg heroes, I used to think they had one of the best around. Now, it's just okay. Similarly, the pasta with broccoli and garlic was once delicious, but now it falls flat.

This place is impressive, but I wouldn't say it's the best in Long Island. It seems like they're really pushing the idea that they're serving gourmet food, but I don't quite see it. The community seems to favor this lower-quality pizza spot for some reason—maybe it's the atmosphere or decor, but I'm not really sure. Reserva una mesa ahora

The prices are high, and I don't think it's the best option in Long Island. It seems like they really hype up their mediocre food. I suppose the locals prefer this low-quality pizza place, possibly because of the decor or something, but I'm not really sure why.
