Chios Peruvian Grill

Food is great without a doubt. Vey original and delicious flavor. Customer service, one of the worst. Waitresses and servers do no know how to treat customers. It is 1pm on Sunday and they only have to 2 servers!!! Phone is nonstop and no one is answering it. To the owner of this restaurant: please have 3-4 serves on the weekends (Sat-Sun) open to close. You are losing a lot of money and a lots of customers. While I was waiting to be seated I heard the phone ringing for at least 30 times and 5 customers walked away. Not mentioning there were at least 8 tables opened ready to be seated. Like I said food is delicious!!! Customer service could be improved by a lot!!!!Thank you and good luck!!!

The staff is so incredibly nice here! Made the experience even better. The food is delicious. I had been looking for a good Peruvian restaurant for a few years and finally found Chios. The portions are very large, but I'm not complaining! Now I get to eat the leftovers the next day! Lol the green sauce they serve with the bread is incredible! Definitely order extra to eat with your entree too. We ordered some cheesecake to go and my god...best cheesecake I've ever had! If you're looking for a great Peruvian place you have to check out Chios!

This restaurant is amazing! I would give it an overall rating of 8.5 out of 10. My favorite dish is the lomo saltado, especially when paired with chicha, but the maracuyá is also fantastic. I genuinely love Peruvian cuisine, and I'm even driving from Bakersfield just to eat here again, which says a lot about how great it is. Here are a few pictures from my visit yesterday. First time I tried this , it was good. It was different but good. The customer service was prompt , nice big area. Kind of seems like fast food type of restaurant in a way. It was good though , and the passion fruit drink. The prices were reasonable like 25-30 a plate. The dessert flan was really good also , the bathroom were clean and the parking was plenty. I want to come here again and try more of the pasta dishes. They taste really good. Good place for groups Reserva una mesa ahora

Let's start this off with the service. Top notch. Friendly staff quickly greeted us with water and gave our large party a very thorough rundown of the menu. Now onto the food. Nearly got the whole menu and unfortunately I can't recall the names of any of the dishes. The ceviche dish was remarkable. The pasta dish with steak was a pleasant surprise as well. All in all a very unique dinning experience. Hope to return soon.

The woman who turned us away also falsely claimed to the manager that our dog was unruly. In truth, our dog is well-trained and well-behaved. Her rudeness and dishonesty are completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against dining here, as the staff demonstrates discrimination, dishonesty, and a blatant disregard for California law.

The family chicken deal is definitely a great choice. The roasted chicken is tasty, and I really enjoy their unique green and yellow sauces.

Great food, great service! The chicken is cooked well the salads and others sides like the plantains, rice, and the fish are all great!
