Ordered the Three Tacos and One Taco. All four the same. Barbacoa, mild salsa, corn, cheese and lettuce. Whenever I order anything with meat I always check it first because there are usually chewy pieces, so I go through and throw them out. When I checked all four tacos only two of them had meat. I had to take from the other two to put meat on the two that didnt have any. Extremely disappointing. Paid the pricey cost for Barbacoa to be on all of my tacos and only had it on two.
Avoid QDoba or any similar place! I visited on Monday, July 10, 2023, at the Baltimore Pike location in Media, PA, and it was a disappointing experience. If you enjoy tough, chewy cuts in your steak and chicken, this is the spot for you. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The staff was just average, but I don't fault them; my frustration lies with Chipotle corporate for providing such low-quality meat for their restaurants. Shame on Chipotle!
I frequently find that they are out of items when I visit. The staff is incredibly rude and clearly doesn't want to be there. They wait until you reach the front of the line after a long wait to inform you that they don't have most of the food you want. When I try to call ahead, no one picks up the phone even after it rings for over five minutes. This place used to be great, but its quality has declined significantly.
The food was all cold when it arrived wven though it arrived about 25 minutes after being ordered and the portion of chips was ridiculously small. I get that I didnt order a large portion but the 10 chips that arrived was so bad. The tacos were all mashed together. The guac and the salsa were tasty but the rest was very disappointing. The chips served with the queso were stale, and I found it ridiculous that they charge extra for a "large" portion when the bag is small and doesn’t come with many chips. Additionally, for the second time we've ordered from here, there were missing ingredients in the fajita bowl, and the food was cold.
Staff is rude and horrible and I’m mostly talking about the night shift ladies. The girl with the poorly dyed blonde hair that look orange literally shoved my food at me. The supervisor isn’t any better. HORRIBLE service, the guy on shift was nice, he tried to smooth things out
For $60. For 2 people to eat dinner. First of all there was no chips with the salsa and the meal wasn't even warm and they we 15 minutes late delivering it. We are 10 minutes from the place. It was a great place when it first opened. It has gone down hill big time.
I ordered a bowl online and most of the ingredients I picked were missing, it was just hard rice, chicken, and salsa. I also ordered a side of chips and vinaigrette and that was missing also. Absolutely horrible will not be ordering from this location again. Reserva una mesa ahora
The chips were stale, and the portion of queso served in a tiny dressing cup was inadequate for the price. Additionally, the wait times were excessively long.
