I always enjoy eating at Chipotle, so when I spotted one while shopping in an unfamiliar area, I decided to stop for lunch with my daughter. Even though the restaurant was not very busy, the ordering process took a bit longer than usual. However, I didn’t mind—it gave my daughter a chance to stretch her legs after being confined to a shopping cart and car seat for a few hours. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. When it was time to pay, the young woman at the register pleasantly surprised me by saying my meal was complimentary and wished us a wonderful day. The food at this restaurant is fresh and delicious, made to order just for you. What more could you ask for? Today, I had a steak burrito stuffed with white rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, guacamole, corn salsa, and both mild and hot salsas, all served with their fantastic lime and salt tortilla chips. It was absolutely delightful! I placed my order through the app and got exactly what I wanted, right on time. Plus, the server greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. The manager at this location should certainly think about giving Alberto a raise. He worked tirelessly alongside just four other team members while handling a long line of hungry customers. They all went above and beyond their duties and stayed calm under pressure. I have a great deal of respect for them!
I was quite disappointed with my visit to Chipotle. They didn’t give me my full order, and the staff were unnecessarily rude. After a tough workout, I didn’t expect to be treated that way. The only bright spot was the friendly cashier. I wouldn’t recommend dining here.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. While a staff member was making my burrito, the manager came over and took out some of the rice because there was too much. As a result, my burrito turned out to be very flat. I honestly wish I had just walked out.
I had a really bad experience at this restaurant! I went twice, and both times everything was totally chaotic. Honestly, if I were hungry, I'd rather eat something unpleasant than eat here again!
They definitely need to make some improvements. The chicken tasted stale, and the chips were very old. On top of that, the portion size was noticeably smaller than at the Chipotle in Rialto.
