Horrible service no management. Ordered online (not a big order and at least 50 people came in on the line before they took care of us. 8 people were waiting for their online order and more then half left for not receiving their food. Ordered our foodaround 8:30pm, waited more than an hour and they told us they ran out of ingredients for our order. Terrible service and no apparent management. I placed an online order, which wasn't large, but had to wait while at least 50 people in front of us were served. Eight of us were standing there waiting for our online orders, and more than half of us decided to leave without our food. Should?ve read the reviews, I ordered online to make it easy. Just go and pick it up, I got there and they just ignored me for a while, then some one else showed up to pick up they?re food and they gave it to them straight away. I was just standing therelike did that just happened. Thank god some random women showed up from the back of the kitchen and asked me what I was waitingfor. I mean I don?t like shout and call out that I?m picking up my order, always thought that was rude but you have to do thathere. Also the other reviews are right, not as much food as you want.
This is the worse location. They always out of something. Today on August 21st at 5:25pm the grill was broken and there was no chicken. There was 2 male employees and a female manager having a good laughing conversation in the back by the grill juststanding doing nothing. While 4 female Cinderellas employees wiping and cleaning up in front. As soon I said to the manager thatyou all having fun doing nothing.. she roll her eyes then they all went to the back then she came back out and started bossingpeople around that was already working and she wasn't doing anything.

Once I told the manager that you're all having fun doing nothing. She rolled her eyes, then they all went on their backs, then she came out again and began to guide people around what already worked and she did nothing.
This is absolutely the worst chipotle in queens the staff doesn?t cater to its costumers. There servings are not reflective of the prices. We don't get the bang for the buck we are spending. I?ve been to other chipotles that give a decent size of portions that actually fills the container up and looks way better than this. Don't recommend getting food from here whatsoever.
I've been to this restaurant a few times, but my visits are becoming less frequent because the service is disappointing. When I'm dining in, it seems like online orders take priority. I had to wait over 20 minutes in line with 10 people ahead of me before I could place my order. This is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant!
I?ve been here a few times and go less and less since service is pity full. I?m in the restaurant but apparently if you order Online you receive preferential treatment. 10 people in line and over a 20 minute wait to get to the counter and I stillhaven?t ordered. Seriously people it?s supposed to be fast food!

If you?re gonna get food from this place, I recommend you go in person to order so they can?t skimp you on servings. Every time I get delivery, I always receive half a portion even though I?m paying for double of everything. Other Chipotle?s out there are better than this one.
