When I went to place my order, I discovered they had run out of onions and green peppers. The bottom of the pan was burnt. I asked if they had more on the way, but I was told that the prep staff didn't have enough time to chop more, so unfortunately, there was none.
I then went to get iced tea, and it was nothing more than light-colored water. To my surprise, there were no utensils available! I mentioned this to the supposed supervisor, and he brought me two forks. Despite receiving warnings against visiting this restaurant, I chose to go there because of its convenient location. However, after bringing my meal home and tasting it, I immediately regretted my decision. The rice was undercooked, the chicken was overcooked, and the onions in the pico de gallo were chopped far too large. This was by far the worst bowl I've ever had; I typically go to the location at Brandon Mall and have never been let down. It's safe to say that I won’t be returning to the Bloomingdale branch. The staff clearly needs better training in cooking and food preparation. It seems like they don't prioritize the quality of the food or adhere to proper standards.
After being warned not to go to this location, I decided to go anyways, because it was closer. After taking it home and eating it, I instantly regretted it. The rice was hard, the chicken was burnt, and the onions in the pico were cut way too big!! I?venever had a bowl this bad, I usually go to the location by the Brandon mall and am never disappointed. Needless to say I willnot be returning to the Bloomingdale location. Staff should be trained to cook and cut properly. You can tell they do not careabout how the food turns out and are not following proper procedures.
This is the most ridiculous order I have ever received. I ordered from DoorDash and this is what I got. I can get more from a $1.99 burrito at Taco Bell. It feels like because I?m not there to say anything that whoever is making the food can make these horrible portions. Now if this is how Chipotle is going to serve they need to adjust their pricing for sure. Neither of these options the tiny burrito or half quesadilla is in no way worth the $12 they are charging. This was my favorite place to eat so it?s so disappointing!!

I ordered a vegetable dish through the app that was supposed to include corn, guacamole, beans, rice, and tomatoes. I was really confused when my order arrived without any vegetables, guacamole, or corn—just rice, beans, and tomatoes. They also forgot my chips, which I only realized after I got home. I was looking forward to enjoying my meal, but it felt like everything was disorganized. I shouldn’t have to check my bowl to see if what I ordered is actually what's in there. This really needs to be addressed.

I love eating at Chipotle! They usually do a great job of preparing the food. I would?ve given them a 5-star review but I must say the online ordering department takes quite some time to complete orders. I figured if I ordered online ahead of time I could spare some time of standing in line. Nope, I still had to wait more time as I watched people that were in line get their food before mine was even brought out to the online pick up rack. Ultimately, still a great food spot!

I had a frustrating experience ordering delivery from this restaurant. I placed my order through the app, where the food was prepared. The bowls I received were only half full, even though I paid $11 for them, which is typically $9 for a much larger portion. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to send a replacement order that night. As a result, my husband and I had to forgo dinner so our children wouldn't go to bed hungry.
