Worst location I have ever been to. Restaurant was dirty and staff is extremely rude and dismissive. I was the first one in line, no chicken or white rice available so I was told to wait; no problem. I was waiting for a good 10mins while the line formed; everyone else was being serviced after they replenished the chicken and white rice while I had to stay waiting for whatever reason. Walked right out and got taco bell across the street who had great service and had me in out with quality food. Will never spend money here again
Today, I had the worst experience ever at this Chipotle. There were a group of teenagers behind the counter who were laughing, joking, and not paying any attention to the long line of customers waiting to place their orders, which extended all the way out the door. They seemed completely unconcerned. Additionally, they informed customers that certain items were sold out, even though those items were clearly available right in front of them.
Horrible! Just horrible- on a Monday night 730pm not many toppings, steak was all gristle and cold -Cold burrito with zero salsa how so?. lack of confidence from your team members And yes they may be high-school kids but no excuse when I'm paying for my food- ended up with a square burrito. And going to McDonald's instead- I'll travel to Lafayette next time
Amazing! This restaurant surpasses the other one by far. I returned and the staff here is absolutely exceptional! I would give them 100 stars if possible. The food is incredibly fresh and everyone always seems cheerful... especially Keisha!

The restaurant is very busy, so I recommend coming with realistic expectations if you want fast service. However, it is still a great place to eat, especially for those who are conscious about their macros like myself.

Everything was in disarray. They only accepted exact change or credit cards. There was no ice available. The place wasn't very clean, but we were extremely hungry after arriving on an international flight.

This location needs a customer service coarse immediately. Like the way they talk to each other and then shift the energy towards the customers is unpleasant. Wish there was a different location
