Love this Wendy’s. You can tell the difference from when you’re here or at another location. The service is top notch. I usually visit at night and the line may be long but you will get serviced quick and by some of Wendy’s best employees ever. My order is always what I expect. I was intending to leave a review a while ago and it slipped my mind until tonight I went again after poor service while leaving Old National. This is the only Wendy’s I’d eat at. Fast, professional, quality, fresh food! Thanks for being the difference in fast food.
I genuinely love this Wendy's and the team that works here; they really care about me and my family! I've never had a negative experience at any location, and I eat here every week. My kids enjoy the Biggie Bags, and I really like the chili. The Earthberry Frost is fantastic!
Great service. The lemonade is so good. The fries were a little hard but the persons taking the order, receiving the monies and providing the food were great. The quality of food could be as great as the service that would have been great.
I visited the drive-thru and found the customer service to be professional while taking my order. The wait time was short, and the food was fresh and hot on that day. Excellent job to the Wendy's near Greenbriar Mall!

The fries were lukewarm, and although I ordered cheese, the selection I received was also not warm. Some of the cheese was completely cold, as if it had just been taken straight out of the refrigerator.
I paid $15 for the new Bourbon Bacon cheeseburger, and when I checked my order at home, this is what I found. Seriously, how could you possibly forget the meat, cheese, and toppings? Unbelievable!
