I’m giving this restaurant a 3-star rating because when I ordered a bowl, the staff member barely filled it with rice. There was a chunk on the left and a small portion on the right, but the middle was mostly empty—you could see the bottom of the bowl. I noticed that the person in front of me also ordered a bowl and asked for more rice, which I initially thought was just their preference. Now I realize they were likely doing it because the staff wasn't serving proper portions. For $13, I expected a well-filled meal, but I ended up making my own rice to fill the bowl. It really felt like I was shortchanged.
In my experience, out of the last 100 visits, the restaurant has been late approximately 20 times and has forgotten an item about 5 times. I would advise against placing online orders under a female or nonbinary name, as you may receive less (unfortunately). I typically only order bowls or salads because they offer the best value, but recently I've noticed that the guacamole portions have been reduced and it's not as worth it anymore. Overall, the service is decent and they are willing to provide refunds under valid circumstances.
Terrible. I order Too go here often because it's close to work. Whoever is in the back making the pick up orders is terrible. They through all the left over fat in the bowl everyday when I order steak. Today I ordered carne asada and it was even worse. If you decide to eat there you have to order in person so you can watch what they do to your food otherwise you will not get what you are paying for
I arrived at the restaurant when it opened at 11 a.m. and ordered two burrito bowls with the new garlic steak. Unfortunately, the steak was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. It was disappointing not to have fresh-tasting food, especially at that time of day. The quality fell short of what I typically expect from Chipotle.

This restaurant is amazing, offering outstanding service. I frequently order online and eat in; the manager is very accommodating and lets me place my order at the counter, even though they usually reserve another counter for online orders. The food is consistently tasty, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
The restaurant provided an average lunch experience. It was quite busy, but the line moved efficiently. The cashier was friendly and had a good sense of humor. However, the seating area was a bit dirty and quite crowded. Overall, it was just alright, but I might consider returning.
Went there this evening for a salad bowl ... the lettuce is so gross all wilted spinach terrible it used to always be made with Romain now you never know what kind of lettuce they're gonna have in there never go back plus their salad bowl are $14 now without guacamole
If your posted hours say you're open until 11, why are you closed at 9:45? It's frustrating to have my time wasted like this, especially late in the evening.

Service is terrible. The employee does not know the menu. The amount is ridiculously small.
The portion sizes are gradually decreasing, making it not worth the price anymore.
