Yesterday was our first time at Pinstripes, celebrating my father's 83rd birthday and Father's Day. It was a special occasion as it was my father's first birthday without my mother. The variety of food options impressed us, and our server even brought out a delicious brownie and ice cream dessert with a birthday candle for my father. Watching him make a wish and blow out the candle was a sweet moment. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable. We will definitely be returning to Pinstripes soon and highly recommend it to others.
Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. We ordered from the lunch menu which was very reasonable! I had their BLT. It was pretty good. The truffle fries were tasty but a little limp. The only drawback is the restaurant is very big with tall ceilings and it just lacks intimacy. I'd like to check it out in the evening because it's actually a fun looking adult gaming venue.
I placed an order at 8pm and unfortunately experienced technical difficulties which caused me to lose $50. I was not immediately issued a refund, but received one after 3 days (or possibly 5-7 days). This process seemed strange to me, but the customer support team was able to help resolve the issue. I would recommend being cautious when ordering from this restaurant.
Consistently great experience at this restaurant. We always enjoy starting off with the Tenderloin Sliders and Tomato Bruschetta. The desserts are also amazing - my husband particularly loves the Caramelized Cheesecake. The manager at PINSTRIPES is always there to assist us with any issues and the service is always fast.

The Spaghetti Meatballs and Purely Pistachio Gelato were delicious as usual... we order regularly ... but the crispy strips on my Signature Chop Salad were stale and there weren apos;t nearly as many olives and figs as there usually are. This is my favorite salad and it was disappointing.
The brunch did not disappoint! Mini waffles, chocolate fountain, prime rib and omelets were delicious! They also have the best espresso martinis in the city. Highly recommend ?
Outstanding food and service. Great atmosphere for dinner with your family, date night or corporate events. You will not be disappointed.
The salmon was cooked too much, but the Signature Chop Salad was as delicious as always and the Spaghetti Meatballs were tasty.

Wonderful restaurant with bowling, bocce ball and event space. I have always enjoyed by experience there.
