I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The front doors were locked 90 minutes before closing time, and I found hair in my food. The staff situation was chaotic: one person was taking orders, another was cleaning, while the individual preparing the food seemed overwhelmed. It was the worst service I've ever witnessed. The staff working on the evening of September 30, 2022, should all be let go, except for the young man at the counter and the two who were cleaning the grill. The women on duty were unhelpful, and to top it off, there were no napkins or utensils available in the lobby. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place!
Chipotle is popular with Google. I never ate this place. Images is a bowl with double meat steak and barbacoa with extra cilantro. Yes, you can get Cilantro if you request it. I don't think it's on the menu. Chipotle is generally good for eating fast bites, but you can sit down. The tea is unsweetened. Food without artificial sweeteners or coloring is a good thing. I like the Guac on the bowl too. Images are extra queso with chips. In general, chipotle is cheaper, then most spots and portion sizes are decent. I need to check if the food is really not gmo. Not sure how to validate, but would be a good detail

The food was disappointing, and even basic items like rice were poorly prepared. The staff could benefit from training in food handling techniques, as they were not very skilled in their roles. Customer service also needs improvement. I had a problem when the Hispanic cashier couldn't process my free chip after I scanned my phone. I'm not planning to return anytime soon. When I checked my account the next day, I found that I had been charged for the chips. This place used to be one of the best several years ago, but now it has become one of the worst.
90 minutes before closing; hair in food; 1 person who works the line, 1 stand around, and a cleaning while the individual worker tries to make food. worst situation I've ever seen. all who work on the evening of 9/30/22 should be fired except the youngest gentleman who works the line, and the two men clean the grill. the women were useless and there was hair in my food. yes! no serviettes, for utensils in the lobby. simply terrible! avoid this place.
This is now the second time that we? ve ordered online and for some reason one of the meals completely lacks the protein. And every time we paid for the double. I'm not sure what the duck is going on, but it's going to be extremely annoying to drive there to get home and then find out that the order completely lacks the protein. Don't get back from here.
Avoid this chipotle. Always missing an item from the orders you place online, last time they forgot the chicken on my bowl, this time chips and requested salsas were missing. Hire people who can read orders properly or buy a better printer.

From all Chipotle locations in Bowie, this is my favorite. Parking is convenient in contrast to the other locations. The meat is really seasoned and not excessively spicy. The manager NIS super nice and helpful.
