Chipotle Mexican Grill

We had a wonderful experience today, largely thanks to Ava's exceptional customer service. The food was as good as ever, but Ava made this visit to Chipotle one of the best we've had. Here are some highlights: 1. She cheerfully got up from her break to help us find a high chair for our baby. 2. She assisted me with my tortilla request and was friendly, engaging in conversation with us. 3. Ava even took the time to come to our table and remind us about how she supported our son's football team last spring, and she remembered his name! We were truly impressed that she made the effort to connect with us like that. Kudos to Ava for being so friendly and helpful!

I always enjoy coming to this restaurant. there is hardly a long waiting period and they are fair with the stated amounts. always fresh and tasty. Today I came in and there was a sign that they only make virtual articles to this time. I assume no one wants to work. Anyway, I could sit down and place my order, but as I waited, an older man went in and seemed a little confused. not sure how he wanted to get his dinner. I thought I would help him order online if a hired, ebony, went out of the way to help him. they took the time to help him with the order. I just thought that was so nice and thoughtful. even at stress they are above the rest.

We keep trying to come back because it's the only Chipotle in town but tonight was the last time. This place is absolutely trash. The service there is garbage, the manager doesn't give a F about guests/complaints and 9x's out of 10 the bowls eithercontain the wrong ingredients making it unsafe for us to eat (allergies) or is ½ empty because they've completely skimmed onmaking it. I wish I could give this a good review because we LOVE Chipotle.. but this location needs to be retrained andrestaffed asap.

I am a huge chipotle fan but this is hands down THE worst I’ve ever been to. I only come here because it’s the only one in the area. The service is always slow with long lines, the food is gross, and the place is filthy. I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews but this needs attention. Food was fantastic, wait was a little long and they didn't have enough staff to clean up after patrons. We got our food to go so it wasn't a big d3al but if you were eating in, it was dirty and no trays to carry your food. Staff was friendly and food great so we just attributed it to the typical covid carryover to most staffing issues.

I couldn't be more thrilled! The food is perfect, just like always, and I love how natural everything is. The staff really takes it to the next level. I'm always welcomed with a big smile and lots of warmth. The service is quick, professional, and friendly. If I could rate this place with 6 or 7 stars, I definitely would!

The food was overall okay. The brown rice was dry though so it took away from the experience. I was thinking of giving the restaurant 3 stars but I had to take one away because a good majority of the tables were dirty. Even the tables that were wiped off weren’t cleaned throughly.

I got the new garlic guajillo steak burrito, and it was a really good, unique flavor. My only issue is the employees moved so fast I didn’t have time to tell them I only wanted a little bit of pico before they had put a lot, but they were understanding and had it taken care of. The restaurant is great for gluten-free options! I'm very satisfied with both the food and the service.
