Initially, I was skeptical, given the wealth of exceptional Mexican restaurants in Southern California. However, I must say this restaurant truly impressed me. The quality of the food is outstanding, the portions are generous, and the prices are fair. Although I'm usually not a fan of chain restaurants, this place has succeeded in delivering a commendable dining experience, especially considering that the team preparing the Mexican dishes is mostly non-Mexican.
This Chipotle location is definitely the worst I've ever visited. The quesadilla barely has any cheese—it's nearly invisible when you open the tortilla. This isn't the first time I've had this issue. The rice is undercooked, and the toppings like cheese and sour cream are very minimal. Even the guacamole, which cost us nearly $4, is hardly there. I'm beginning to question whether the staff here really understand how to properly prepare or present the food.
I often order from Chipotle and I'm consistently impressed by the quality of their ingredients and the generous portion sizes for the price, all while enjoying fast service. I would recommend that Chipotle and DoorDash explore the option of including "Normal/Side/Extra/Light" choices for each ingredient, similar to what is offered on their own ordering app.

What happened to Chipotle? They've altered some of their meats, and it's noticeable—the chicken is drier, and the steak has more fat than actual meat. It seems like they’re using cheaper options now. Also, what's up with the small portions? This has happened 3 or 4 times now. Things are definitely going downhill!
The food was mediocre, and the service was disappointing. I waited at the counter for five minutes without any staff in sight. When I brought it up to the manager, he didn’t show any concern.
I’m really disappointed with the salad I just received. Several ingredients were missing, and there were hardly more than 15 pieces of lettuce in the entire dish. Such a letdown.

The portion sizes are quite small, more fitting for a 10-year-old who isn't very hungry. Should I just ask for double of everything?
The food and variety here are always outstanding. This is my top choice for Mexican cuisine.
