My boyfriend, sister, and I visited this restaurant and encountered a situation where another customer entered without a mask. The customer explained that he was unable to order online and didn't have a mask. Unfortunately, the worker refused to serve him, stating that they had no masks available. They also wouldn't allow him to cover his face or place an order. I believe this was very unprofessional and rude to deny service to a customer who was attempting to take precautions. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service shown to this individual. Not only did they fail to apologize for the inconvenience, but they simply told him they couldn't serve him. I was reminded why I usually avoid this Chipotle. The customer service is terrible! When multiple customers in line are openly criticizing the staff for being cold, rude, and having bad attitudes while making their food, it makes you question what else could be going on behind the scenes. You shouldn't leave a restaurant regretting spending your money there. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
I order online a lot and 50% of the time the order is wrong. This last time I got someone else commanded. the kicker there was no way to contact a person who could fix the problem. really a problem.
five stars because they are only hard workers and try their best, but the food quality and quantity is simply not there. burritos are tiny and pretty mix without taste and dry.
