Ordered my bowl in the app and they made it really great. Like legitimately impressed with how well made my bowl was, 5 stars on that alone. I don't care if the staff was kinda rude but they were fast and made my food GREAT! Like this Chipotle actually made my bowl really well, like if I could just have that same well made bowl everytime I'd be forever happy.
I have been to this location several times and each time the rice is harder and harder. Please please please fully cook the RICE!! I know I will never be back to this location Because it costs too much to purchase a bowl and you have to crunch through the bowl or throw it away which is always my choice!!!
I ordered Uber eat on my phone. My steak turns out to be chicken and missing cheese or sour cream. Both bowls got black beans but only one should have. BTW the rice is not fresh and everything taste nasty! Warning!!!!!!!!!!!Please never ever order Chipotle at this place! Big F
I just walked in and there was no line, yet they still got my order wrong. I shouldn’t have to oversee everything after I’ve placed my order. It's quite simple: just listen to what I say and put those items in the bowl. It shouldn't be that difficult! Reserva una mesa ahora
This location has the least welcoming staff I've encountered. They never smile and often seem disinterested in their work. Since the pandemic, customer service has definitely declined.
I ordered online and get my chicken bowl home and it has two or three little pieces of chicken!! WTH Chipotle! You need to do better!
