Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not only did I wait in line for 30 minutes while there was only 10 people in front of me but the line was so dirty I contemplated even eating there due to how unsanitary it had to be. Went against my better judgement and here I am with my head in the toilet bowl. Do yourself a favor and AVOID. I also am newly pregnant so not only is this super inconvenient but extremely dangerous.

chipotle is great, but this place is running terrible. they always walk out of everything. they would think that they would eventually anticipate the demand they receive. they also don't seem to have enough personal because there's always a long wait to order. Moreover, they screw my online orders all the time.

Found a beetle crawling in my burrito bowl I ordered online. I was already halfway through the bowl when it crawled out from under the lettuce, and I was utterly disgusted. The staff offered to remake my bowl but I did not want another bowl that probably had more bugs in it. Disgusting and unsanitary.

only half full. I missed mais and pico. that's not worth $18. not even close. this is what chipotle does when they order online. they're tearing you off.

altogether good, they gave a huge part of the meal, i like the chip with salsa guacamola. I ordered steak bowls.
