This is one of my top favorite places to dine for over 10 years. Through the years I've seen waba grill grow and expand enormously. This location has fast service, hreat customer service and never has shortages. However, this location is really struggling with keeping the the food cutting at a consistent rate. I've been here about 4 times since they opened last year, at first I thought this would just take some getting used to. But after returning several times, I notice that nothing has changed. The meat, the veggies and the onions are all cut way too big. And this is really putting a damper on quality. Disappointed in til this location? They had no steak And other things they were running out of Seeing the line was very long?they should have been making more items The last two times we have come They have forgotten our chips as well and We?vehad to come back to get them-after getting settled at home. We have been wanting chipotle for the past couple days but when theywere running out of other stuff they were getting it out They just kept saying how it?s almost time to close but your notclosed yet so make sure your customers are happy and satisfied until after you lock your doors Also my husband didn?t ask forlettuce on his burrito and they put it anyways
My experience the other day was terrible I go in this chipotle all the time at night but this time I went on my lunch and the store manager was rude and racist. I had 2other times where she has rang me up and over charged me. When I get the same everytime but with her she always charges me. The other day she made this comment Those people always want a discount because Itold her she was over charging me. I called the complaint line they did nothing. This is the type of management you fit for yourcompany. I won 't be back.
i placed an order for delivery through my chipotle app, got a notification saying my order has been delivered, after waiting an extra 10 minutes and no food i went to the chipotle restaurant and spoke to the manager and was able to get my order replaced!Even though it was an inconvenience for my order to not get delivered and lost i was thankful to the manager for replacing myorder within 5 minutes of me being there! appreciate the staff and location!

Went about 30min before closing so I'm not sure if that's the reason, but I ordered two chicken bowls and I didnt enjoy neither of them. The chicken just looked low quality, lots of big chunks, some had tendons, tasted very birdy. Not how my usual waba experiences are. I couldnt finish them.
Food is delicious HERE! I watched the young lady handle the customer before me. She was kind and polite. Before taking my order, she washed her hands. After taking my order, she washed her hands. I was very pleased to see this ????
Why is the salad rotten and you guys serve them like nothings wrong and that?s in every place that?s disgusting you should be spending your money in that instead of advertising
