To be honest, we have eaten here quite a bit, but during our last couple of visits, it feels like the staff is just going through the motions. Today, I placed my order and received a small vibrating pager that indicated my food would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I checked in to see if my order was ready. The woman at the counter handed me my food, which had clearly been sitting there for a while. She didn’t even offer utensils or napkins, just said everything was in the bag. I can’t emphasize enough that it seems like they don’t want to be there. I’m giving it two stars because I’m confident the food will still be good, but otherwise, it would have been a zero-star...
Went 2/28 went in my wife n I had to figure it out on our own cashier didn’t speak to me or try to help till we were done ordering our food on their tablet they options on the table to get your fish seared or fried instead of grilled we chose those just to get our food and then tell us they dont do that (which shouldn’t be a option then) and my wife had ordered extra salmon we never received it even when I went to show them our receipt they said they would bring it to our table and never did we had to remind them we ordered drinks too service was just not good and very slow (for a empty place) we spent about 50$ and honestly we regretted it right away should’ve just went to Outback
I've been to other locations (Cerritos) that were great. This location unfortunately is not. Service is terrible. I ordered a keto shrimp bowl, it was missing ingredients. My wife had fish n chips, the fries were soggy. I ordered a side of grilled asparagus, something I've ordered at the other locations, they always serve 5, this one only served us 3. The Atlantic salmon tasted like it was previously frozen. I was craving fresh salmon so this was a little disappointing but it wasn't bad flavor wise. Shrimp Louie salad was not what was expected but good. Would I be back, not really sure since the taste seemed like it was pre-prep and fast-food like. If I was craving something quick on the go maybe but not if I want authentic seafood/fish.

I was very impressed by the service, the atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious. I love to get their fish and chips. They give you 3 giant pieces of fish and lots of fries and even a kale slaw. The best part is the food is affordable. Thanks again Robert and Miguel.
Great! I just wish we had a location in DC! Truly the most delicious fish taco I ever had was a great choice. I found the Ahi Tuna to just despise. One of the best places I've eaten during my last trip to Los Angeles.
I had this two different nights while visiting the Los Angeles area. The food is cooked to perfection. Loved it. The girls up front have a bit of an attitude. We had both dine in and take out.
ive been coming here for years and havent been here since the pandemic, i love their fish tacos and the whole menu this place is always crowded, i need to come here more often i love it here
