I had a very disappointing experience with my online order. When we arrived at this location, the employees completely ignored us. After waiting for 10 minutes past the time our order was supposed to be ready, they finally told us they were out of beans. It turned out they weren't actually out; they just claimed the kitchen was closed an hour before closing time. It felt like they simply didn't want to make any more food. If they had acknowledged us right away and informed us of the situation, it wouldn't have been an issue. Instead, they chose to ignore us and leave us waiting. The level of professionalism from the staff was very disappointing. After this experience, I will not be returning...
I went to order a bowl for takeout. The woman in front of me ordered three bowls, all with white rice. After her order, I noticed that the rice container was nearly empty, so I told them I would wait for a fresh batch. When the new rice was ready, the server pushed it aside and started filling my bowl with the old, hard rice. I politely asked for the fresh rice from the other side. She rolled her eyes and insisted it was the same. I simply stared at her, thinking that if I wanted the old, hard rice, I wouldn’t have waited for the fresh batch. I’m never going back to the Truxel Chipotle again.
The staff at this restaurant seemed uninterested and disheartened, and the service was quite slow. Cleanliness was also a major issue. They were out of vegetables and couldn’t prepare quesadillas due to a broken machine. The salsas looked stale and had a chunky, dried-out appearance, suggesting they had been sitting out for a long time. It feels like the establishment lacks proper management and motivated employees. I strongly recommend that corporate send in a secret shopper to assess the situation firsthand.
I order the Whole30 Salad for delivery about once a week, but unfortunately, Chipotle has messed it up the last three times. First, they forgot the guacamole; then, they sent the wrong order altogether — a chicken bowl instead of my salad; and finally, they left out the fajita veggies. This has been the worst delivery experience I've ever encountered. Over the past couple of years of ordering, I estimate that they get my order wrong roughly 30% of the time. I won’t be ordering from this location again. Period.

Poorly ran store. Beans ALWAYS look thick and have a 1 inch crust around the edge from sitting in the pan to long. All the liquid gone. Looks like it would make you sick. I went in at 11:15 am and it looked like last night's pan of beans werereheated. So disgusting looking. Always out of something. I had to leave and go to the one on del past it looked so gross
The food at this restaurant is consistently top-notch. Although there is room for improvement in the service—many of the younger staff members appear to be lacking in customer service skills—this isn't a major issue, as it allows you to concentrate on savoring your meal and moving on with your day. All in all, the food is always delightful!
I just began working at this restaurant, and I’m really enjoying my experience so far. Finally, an entry-level job that genuinely appreciates its employees. I eat here daily, and the food is consistently delicious, with plenty of leftovers too. I hope to stay here for a long time!
