"Nice Chipotle grill.. Plenty of parking in the parking lot as it is a strip mall with multiple businesses. Only a couple of minutes off of the highway. I got there a 1/2 hour before closing time but they were able to accommodate. Staff not overly friendly. Good tasty burrito. Not the best chipotle grill experience I'd had but tolerable."

Every time I place an order for pickup, it’s never ready on time. Once I had to wait 40 min. Tried it again, had to wait 25 min past time it was to be ready. If you cannot honor timed orders, don’t allow for them. If the waits weren’t enough, they messed up our order both times. If I have to wait 25-40 min past the time my order should be ready, I expect it to be correct. I understand mistakes happen, but seriously. It’s the only Chipotle I ever have had issues at.
I went to buy food for my Family, it turns out that I found this insect inside a bowl, I went immediately with food in hand and told the manager and she did not want to help me, she gave me a customer support number. then I called and they said they were going to refund my money and they never returned it to me, very bad experience and unpleasant with the hygiene of that place, I am going to sue them for not helping me or refunding my money back
I was here last night with a friend and was appalled by how long it took to make our burritos. We stood in line for 20-25 min, moving inch by inch to the register. The place was definitely understaffed and there were two employees that kept coming to the front and then disappearing to the back of the restaurant. Our steak was stone cold, rice was dry and the lettuce was soft in both burritos. Probably won't return to this location ever again.
It was pretty quiet inside of Chipotle when we arrived, by the time we ordered our food a line had started forming. Our order was taken food was prepared quickly and looked yummy. I'm ready for dinner Can barely wait to get home and eat! I do have to note though, the store looked as if it could use a good cleaning Floors needed sweeping and windows were dirty/streaky (that's why 3 outa 5 stars for atmosphere).
