I and my family have been there quite often and its good but some issues in general. They give you alot of food. Its basically good food. But there is criticism. First is the price if you get extra items like guacamole its just too high for someone operating from a food court. With drink it starts to be about 18 dollars for a meal with a very limited amount of meat. And they do give you a nice amount of food but for that price there has to be more generous amount of either the steak, chicken or meat substitute, There are restaurants in the mall that don't charge that much more where you would be better off going to because you will get a much greater value. I ordered a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, double chicken, corn salsa, fajita peppers, shredded cheese with a side of chips and guacamole. The bowl was perfect. The portions were well balanced and the ingredients were fresh. I ended splitting the bowl with my hunny because it was entirely too much for me to eat.

The food is tasty, but they don't adhere to CDC guidelines. I particularly want to advise against letting one specific server assist you, as she tends to spit while talking. I brought this up with a manager, but she still has her job and continues to wear her mask improperly.

Very disappointed with this chipotle. They are stingy on the amount of food. I’m a small person. Spent $21 and I was not full. The food was very salty , workers not nice
Tasty and satisfying Veggie Burrito Bowl made as requested with filling portion size...plus the guacamole was fresh and did not have any browning.
Camila is the friendliest staff member; among all of them, she is the most attentive and committed to her work! I will definitely be returning!
The customer service was awful in 2022. It seems like the staff may not enjoy their jobs or perhaps there are issues with management.
