We have tried this Chipotle at least 3 times. Every time has been equally frustrating and we are officially done with this Chipotle. Today, my fiancé went in around 5 with no one there and they had no veggies, limited sides and acted like it was an inconvenience to help him out. This is not the first time, almost every time we have eaten here they have had no options in food the attitude of staff have been nothing short of unpleasant. Very frustrating since we love chipotle, but we will avoid this location from here on out.
No joke the worst chipotle I think there is. Being out of veggies might be understandable but the way this lady smash rolled a basic burrito literally made me laugh. Ingredients and juice all over the counter after the foil was closed. Also no one behind the counter has even heard of the chipotle Tabasco. Literally comedic. Also no free water cup. Added hilarity with the napkins photo
If it wasn’t for the lady at the register that was a pleasure to interact with, I would have given one star. You would have thought me asking for three bowls (one for me, other two for co workers) was the absolute worst thing that could have happened. It went downhill from that moment. I don’t hate chipotle, just this location. Sadly, won’t be back for a long, long time.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I walked into this location stood there and the workers all stood around talking never greeted me. I'm a polite person, so I'm patiently waiting and the next thing I know, the worker is spraying windex on the window...same side as the food! No thank you! I don't think I ever left a place so fast with an attitude!

Leaves out ingredients on to go orders with no notice. Twice I ordered a veggie bowl with extra fajita veggies and lettuce and both times received a bowl with no fajita veggies and about 5 small pieces of lettuce. Rice is undercooked. It’s not too bad to eat but not up to the standard of every other chipotle I’ve been to.
After waiting 30 minutes for my mobile order, I get a bowl that looks like it’s half eaten. Next to no meat at all.
It is delicious, but some of the black beans were hard, and they did not put the extra chicken that I paid for.
The carne asada was overcooked and very dry. I was disappointed that DoorDash only refunded me 5 dollars.

asked for double chicken and I didnt get that and not fajita veg and Burrito Bowl is half full
There was hardly anything in my bowl, and the steak was burnt.
