Chipotle Mexican Grill

As a vegetarian, it 's hard to find 'create your own ' food establishments that don 't cross-contaminate. As a rule, I 've found Chipotle 'brand ' to be a safe place, with meat/veggie placement appropriate. Today, however, I watched a counter server use a pre-gloved hand (just handled the register) wipe her hand along the counter, rubbing food (including meat) off of it, prepare my bowl and then reach, with that same hand, into the cheese. Completely cross-contaminated. Vegetarians and vegans beware. This place does not care.

The driver almost left my order in the wrong location. After I contacted her, she brought the order. 10 minutes later I received a message from her asking for more tip money. I think that's very unprofessional. I barely had enough to purchase my meal, and I think it's rude for someone to ask for more tip. We all are barely making ends meet these days.

I've never gone to this location so today was my first visit. Got a burrito bowl. Luckily I got there 30 minutes after they opened. I had my food in less than 5 minutes ready and paid for. The staff were nice and the place was actually nicer than most Chipotle I have been to. If in the area I can go here for sure when I want lunch or dinner

The employees weren't friendly. No other customers for a good few minutes. I was only acknowledged when other people walked in. Food was not great. Meat was overcooked and flavorless. Rice was also overcooked and dried out. The tomatoes in the pico de gallo were not ripe. Bottom line it was a super disappointing experience. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service here is terrible, always making faces.I started coming here not too long ago because it’s close to my businesses, otherwise I wouldn’t come here.Food is never fresh and most of the time it’s cold.Doesn’t even the deserve the one star.

They had no lights on at 8pm, like trying to push people out and serving everything to go without even ask, no napkins, no forks, and a bad attitude from most part of employees, what’s wrong with this location?

Always out of the fajita veggies,Poor service, no attempts by staff to make some more or offer a discount or something to make up for it. Better Service please. Thank you.
