This place is SUPER SUSPECT. Last night, I witnessed the manager literally throw the remnants of a disregarded mobile order (rice) BACK into the fresh rice, to be served and sold as new. I promptly told the gentleman working that this was unacceptable and he did replace that rice with freshly made rice.The fact that in 2023, this still goes on in places in order to save a few cents is insane to me. There is too many young adults at this location that can’t deal with working in a restaurant and don’t understand the importance of paying for a product and service. Management can not manage filing the back line for mobile orders while keeping up with the front line. Instead grill employees are sent on break without handling responsibilities and leaving managers scrambling throughout restaurant trying to one man the store like some fictional superhero. Serious training needs to be done here.
I visited the restaurant two nights ago, and the person working at the counter was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Despite the fact that he was preparing to close, he remained cheerful and had a wonderful attitude. Thank you! The portion size was generous, and the food was delicious!
The worst chipotle I've been to. They have forgotten multiple items on every order I've placed. This last order I spent almost 50 for two bowls. Missing half of the order on both bowls. Mind the stuff missing is what I get charged for.
