Chipotle Mexican Grill

Upon entering Chipotle, I informed the staff that this was my first time ordering there and that I wasn't quite familiar with how it worked. They were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. The delicious aroma of the food wafting from inside was enticing—I initially thought it was coming from Red Robin, but we quickly realized it was actually Chipotle! I always order the Chicken Bowl because it’s healthy and reasonably priced. It's a great spot for eating well! Update (03-24-2021): Unfortunately, since my last review, they've consistently been getting my mobile orders wrong. In 2021, there have been numerous mistakes with both my delivery and pickup orders. They often don’t follow the instructions I provide in the app, and sometimes I even receive someone else's food in my bag, particularly with delivery orders. Today was an absolute letdown; both my bowl and taco were incorrect. I usually place my orders through the app. However, over the past few weeks, I've noticed that the portion sizes have been significantly smaller—often half or less of what I receive when I order in person. I’ve attached a picture of last week’s bowl, and it seems to be less than half of my usual portion. They even forgot to include my tortilla.

Love Chipotle her meat and vegetables are always fresh and taste great. This place was no exception and it was overcrowded, but no less the staff was fast and efficient line moving quickly without problems. I have the Steak Burrito I always recommend it so well! First time trying out a Chipotle and it was really good! A lot like Moe's, but I think this place makes their food to taste better. $20 for me and my fiancé to get a very quick and tasty lunch and we still felt good afterwards lol no upset stomach like from Taco Bell.

I’m reading these other reviews and thinking that you all don’t realize how great this place is. It’s fantastic! I used to drive two hours to Mobile just to get barbacoa, but now this location is only 1 hour and 55 minutes away. What a wonderful experience!

Literally worst chipotle I?ve ever been too? out of multiple things yet can order it through online and get it. Super slow. Not helpful at all. Food looked and tasted old. Recommend going to any other one. Avoid at all costs.

The staff was nice and fast. That was one of the cleanest I was in. Nevertheless, it is a chipotle and you know quite what you get.
