Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The man with dreadlocks was quite rude and unpleasant to both me and my husband for no apparent reason. When we ordered the Barbacoa, he served us what seemed like sample-sized portions while still charging us full price. The three staff members at the front that day were unfriendly and not accommodating. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be returning, as it seems that customer service and food freshness are not a priority here. I plan to share my experience so others can avoid wasting their hard-earned money at this location. It was a terrible experience. This occurred at 11:23 AM on August 27, 2023.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. My boss placed a last-minute catering order for my team from Zaxby's, and they handled it perfectly! When I arrived, everything was ready to go. The manager was kind enough to help me load it into my car. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he wasn’t the store manager, and I loved his accent! As a restaurant general manager myself, I truly appreciate exceptional service. I just wish I could remember his name! On behalf of myself, Rich, and my staff, thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back! The notes on the boxes were also a nice touch!

There’s Chipotles all around but this one gave me exceptional service. One of the workers Trey was very professional and helpful in making it feel like he wanted to do a good job. His attention to the detail of the freshness of the food he served as well as overall service went a long way. I used to go to the competing Chipotle on Piedmont but I’ll be returning here now instead

Worst customer service I’ve ever received here tonight from a young lady on staff. Very rude, unprofessional and acted aggressive toward customers. As we walked out the door another customer said to me she’s rude to him every time. We live down the street and come here occasionally and never have any issues but now will not be back. This location constantly locks its doors and only takes online orders wasting peoples time that walk or drive to get a quick meal and they arent understaffed i know people that work there but they just dont want to pay people its ridiculous this chipotle ia giving yalls restaurants a bad name they should either get new people in here or shut it down

The rice is never cooked properly at this location. Unfortunately, it's the only one that consistently gets it wrong, and it really detracts from the meal. I've tried it several times, but I've finally decided to stop coming back because they just keep making the same mistake.

Pretty decent, could use a little more seasoning but overall still fresh. I really enjoyed the outside patio to sit. Very quiet and tranquil and has a nice shaded area. I like how this location is surrounded by shopping and stores so you can eat and browse the area!

My taste buds was ready for fresh hot chipotle, instead i received luke warm , no season chicken burrito! With major attitude from the person working. 2/282023 3pm. If a manager read this- retrain ur personal, add season try to make ur food somewhat fresh. Reserva una mesa ahora

Classic Chipotle. Staff made the food correctly. Wasn't crowded. I've noticed prices increased, chips no longer free, and servings may have shrunk.

They gave us the smallest portion of meat and rice and when we asked for a resonable amount, they charged us for double meat.
