Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I 'm tired of ordering curbside pickup out of COVID concerns and sitting outside the restaurant for 10+ minutes, waiting for hot food, after having responded in the app and by text that I am waiting in front of the restaurant in a numbered space. Finally, I enter the restaurant, go to the order counter, asking where my food was? The young girl hands me my bag, saying the thing didn 't go off. We 'll, this is the third time this has happened, exact same sequence. I now assume the store is incapable of addressing the problem, because I 've complained before. Unfortunately, Panera 's food isn 't worth my gambling on COVID infection at my age, and there wasn 't one masked customer or staff membe...

I was just at this location and the poor girl at the front counter was so lost. I ordered food for my family...5 orders. Paid the bill and then I was told no chicken noodle soup; which was 4 of the orders. Employee went to speak with manager about timing of new soup and doesn't come back to me but takes 3 other orders. When I approach about switching out the soup, employee said order was never placed. Ordered again, frustrated. Customer that came in behind me comes to counter for soup and was told they have chicken noodle but are out of tomato soup which was one order. I spent 30 minutes in the store and walked out with NO FOOD.

we are here at 20 o'clock. the closing hour of the load was 9 o'clock. we were served by the employees with extreme restraint. we were told that we could not dive after we picked up the order by 2030. very bad administration. the suppe was also warm. I wanted to panera, but that was a very disappointing visit.

I waited 10 minutes for curbside pick-up, but they forgot to bring my order out. Now I’m left with a tip meant for the person who was supposed to deliver my food. The meal itself wasn’t bad, but the portion was very small, making it feel a bit overpriced for what I received. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm not sure if it's the restaurant itself or the direction Panera Bread is heading in, but the quantity and quality of the food just don't match the prices. It's way too expensive! However, I do want to mention that my delivery driver was exceptional!

I do not know whether this situation or which direction panera bread has decided to go, but the quantity and quality of food are not even close to being exact for the price. too expensive! my delivery driver was great!

My last visit was very disappointing. No mushroom soup and to get a few slices of bread was like pulling teeth. I'll try this location again in the near future, and update rating as necessary.

Staff are friendly and welcoming and the quality of meals are good. Tables were not cleaned properly. Tomato soup and avocado chicken sandwich is are recommended. Reserva una mesa ahora

By far the worst Panera I've ever been to. Why bother doing order ahead when it's a 1/2 hr late. A disorganized mess.

The food at Panera is always good, but today my favorite avocado sandwich didn’t have the same rich flavor.
