I had a very disappointing experience this evening at Chipotle at Cedar Rd. and Lennox in Cleveland Hts. I ordered 2 bowls with MILD sauce and when I got home realized they had HOT sauce on them too hot to eat. I returned to the store and spoke with a guy who identified himself as the manager. He gave me a really hard time and turned it back on me saying you saw them prepare your order and you should have spoken up if it wasn 't what you wanted. He told me I would have to get back in line (end of a long line) of customers before they would redo the order. While waiting, a woman came up to me who also identified herself as a manager. She was more understanding but I still had to wait through a very long line of customers to get a remake of my order. It was my first and last visit to this location!
Sometimes this location is really great and other times it is not. I usually order through the mobile app. Today they added an ingredient I didn’t ask for, which happens here and there. Unfortunately this is my lunch, and it’s food I already paid for. I feel that this location does not take time to read the order properly, as you can see they added some sort of tomato salsa. I did not ask for that! I hope that this review encourages better consistent service in the future.EDIT: I was able to go back since it isn’t too far from my work. They fixed my order without a question! Still giving 4 stars for the mess up, but I am relieved they fixed it so quickly.
The girl on line had a nasty attitude when I asked for more cheese in my bowl cause she put a sprinkle (literally charged me for a side of cheese out of spite) and sides rolling her eyes as if she was eating and paying for it. Cashier told me the total and walked away and had a convo w the ppl in the kitchen without me even being able to say I wanted a drink. Got a drink, got home and it was seltzer water! Never again! Worst Chipotle.
