I had a very disappointing experience this evening at Chipotle at Cedar Rd. and Lennox in Cleveland Hts. I ordered 2 bowls with MILD sauce and when I got home realized they had HOT sauce on them too hot to eat. I returned to the store and spoke with a guy who identified himself as the manager. He gave me a really hard time and turned it back on me saying you saw them prepare your order and you should have spoken up if it wasn 't what you wanted. He told me I would have to get back in line (end of a long line) of customers before they would redo the order. While waiting, a woman came up to me who also identified herself as a manager. She was more understanding but I still had to wait through...
Out of all the Chipotles I have patronized across the United States, this location at Cedar/Fairmount in Cleveland Heights, by far has the rudest staff and the worst customer service out of all of them! They also cannot roll a burrito to save their lives, it exploded as soon as I unwrapped it! The manager was completely hostile and acted like he wanted to fight me! Avoid this location like the plague, go to Cilantro just down the street formerly a Chipotle) at Coventry/Euclid Heights, they have much better food and service! This Chipotle location is also very dirty! I had to give at least one star in order to post my review, but I really give it zero stars, I wish I could give them negative...
The female employee at the counter had a rude attitude when I requested extra cheese in my bowl, as she only put a sprinkle and then charged me extra for a side of cheese out of spite. She rolled her eyes as if she was the one eating and paying for the meal. The cashier told me the total and then walked away to have a conversation with the people in the kitchen before I could even ask for a drink. I received a drink, but when I got home, I realized it was just seltzer water. I will never eat at this Chipotle again. It was the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle.
I'd like to see this place close down and be replaced with another restaurant (Brassica/Cava/Chick Fil a etc.)It is a wasted space adds nothing to the neighborhood besides being an extreme inconvenience/waste of time and money. Very poorly run location. Needs SEVERE overhead intervention asap (out of everything, poor time management, meals constantly taste like unpleasant cafeteria food).

Update: I was able to return to the restaurant since it's not far from my workplace. They corrected my order without any issues! Despite the initial mistake, I am grateful they fixed it promptly, so I am still giving them 4 stars.
I had a fly in my bowl. Totally understandable when dealing with veggies. Poor customer service when a customer is inconvenienced is not okay.
Due to their overwhelming popularity, the restaurant is currently experiencing food shortages and the service was extremely poor.
Need more help and quicker service. Food was good and I think they were trying just a busy site and could use some help.

A great Chipotle! Friendly staff, clean and the food is a step above others I've been to.
This location needs to speed it up. Too slow of service. 2nd time around same thing.
