Chipotle Mexican Grill

Our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. Their bowls are so good specially we like their Chicken Bowl and Steak Bowl. You can also add Guacamole to make your bowls more delicious. The host was nice and cooperative. However, I found only onenegative thing about this place. So far we came to this place twice and each time most of the empty tables were dirty and no onewas there to clean them. They should take care of this issue.

Every table was dirty and I was the only person there. Had to ask an employee to clean it. Everything in the place was filthy. Even the container that held the sugar had food, trash and looked like it had never been washed. Ordered a chicken burrito andit was cold. Didn't return it because I was on a tight time limit. First bad experience at a Chipotle ever. Will not return tothis franchise.

I really enjoy coming Chipotle this location. The manager Siren was so kind and chill was able take care of me, The customer service was excellent, it takes patience to wait the food to be done and fresh even you are hungry. Jocelyn, Sam and Camila. Iam definitely coming back to this place and deserves a 5 star. Thank you for your wonderful service and keep up the good work!

I love chipotle. It has always been my go to food since 2015 but recently I?ve been going to the chipotle at this location and my rice has been unbearably salty, the chicken is not edible, AND the portion size is less than I?ve ever seen it. I amextremely disappointed.

Food was ready for pickup 30 minutes after the estimate and there was not even a simple apology. They seem to still be understaffed I guess, because nobody cleaned table's the entire hour or so my family was there and they weren't even very busy.

THE CARNITAS ARE VERY GOOD. HOWEVER THEY SERVE VERY LITTLE PINTO BEANS ON THE BOWL. AND THE BEANS ARE VERY INEXPENSIVE TO MAKE. THEY NEVER PUT ENOUGH!! ALSO THE STEAK IS VERY DRY. NOT GOOD.

This store definitely skimped on the servings of the bowl and they also didnt put any rice or beans in my order. Im not someone to complain but for $11 bowl I expected better.

I’m actually trying to eat a meal. Spending $10 and gettin $5 worth is lame. And only happens when i have it delivered… because I’m not in front of you? Lol come on now

This was the worst burr bowl that I have ever had from chipotle. I dont know which location itcame from the the rice was not cooked. I was very disappointed.

Don apos;t recommend ordering before they close not only was my order wrong but my food didn apos;t taste fresh my bowl was filled with bean juice.
