Visit Chipotle in 21136. Maaaaaan the tall black man was amazing and taught me about certain meats I was like what animal this meat came from lol ???? he was like chicken. Lmaooo my children kept calling me on FT. But it wasn?t a emergency I?mlike don?t call me it?s not a emergency. And he like ?yess a mother need her peace ? you know I felt that cause I did. A calmwent over me and like someone understand me. He made my bowl to perfection. That wasn?t even it. The lady who rung my orderup ask me ?is there anything else you need before you go ? I felt amazing leaving. Then I got home open my bowl it was soogood. This experience made my food soo much better. It?s like they wanted to be there....

Update October 2022 (photos added) This is the newest Chipotle location in Owings Mills, and it’s really disappointing. My family and I are big Chipotle fans, so we keep taking chances here, even though we consistently face rude staff, improperly cooked food, employees not wearing hair nets, and a generally unclean environment. Unfortunately, last week was the last straw— they were out of white rice and corn, and to top it off, I found dreadlocks in my food. If management is okay with that, it feels like anything goes.

I work in customer service all day, and it's not that hard to just put on a smile and greet people. With five people on staff, it's disappointing not to receive any acknowledgment. The atmosphere can either be fun or miserable, and unfortunately, it feels like the latter here. Additionally, they added a Coke to my order and charged me an extra $3.10 for it, even though I’m diabetic and didn’t order a drink. It’s frustrating to be charged for something I didn’t want.

This is easily the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. The staff is consistently rude, and they are often out of items. It makes me wonder why they even bother to work there. My child finishes practice about 30 minutes before closing, and we always arrive between 12 to 5 minutes before 10:00 PM. Yet, they never have what we want. Can someone tell me what time the kitchen actually closes at this location? Clearly, 10:00 PM isn't the last call. Reserva una mesa ahora

On top of that, I waited 10 minutes in line just to place my order because there was no one around to assist. When a staff member finally became available, I learned that they were out of the main items that most customers typically want. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and the owner really needs to address this situation. How can a restaurant run out of key ingredients just two hours before closing?

Dear Manager, this is an issue that needs urgent attention. The staff on duty this evening should not be serving customers. Her behavior is genuinely damaging your business, and unfortunately, it seems you were not there to witness it. If she is in a managerial position, she is jeopardizing her own establishment as well. Remember, one happy customer spreads the word just as easily as one dissatisfied customer!

I requested soft corn tortillas, but the woman mistakenly placed flour tortillas in my box. As someone with celiac disease, I cannot have gluten, so this was a serious issue. I only took one bite before realizing they weren't corn tortillas. Unfortunately, this place is not suitable for those with celiac disease or similar dietary restrictions.

Good food selection value at a very affordable price. Only criticism is they don't refill the food selections until it is completely depleted.
