"Really nice chipotle location! The service was fast, food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. The only downside for me was they do not serve alcohol at this location. I usually like to get a Modelo with my meal. Other than that, it’s a great location for a chipotle. I'm not sure where else to tell my story so here it is as a review. On 8/2 my sister and I walked from Publix to Starbucks to get a drink and uber back home. My phone died right after I paid for our coffee and I had no way to either call any family member to get us or get an uber. Nobody at Starbucks had an android charger so we decided to walk to Wal-Mart and buy one so we could order an uber home. As we started to walk, the rain began, so we decided to run into Chipotle. I didn't know their closing time was 10pm and it was already 9:55pm when we entered the establishment. I ordered some food and then I asked the team members if they had a charger for my android. The staff is very kind and efficient in the store and I always get in and out! the food is also great quality and fresh. The location is also convenient, and the restaurant is always very clean and orderly. The only negative is online ordering. Every time I order online, they always forget at least two ingredients! Most of the time I have to online order because I work full-time, and I am a full-time student, but it is disappointing when I order one thing and get another. I understand staff can be short sometimes and demand is high and that it may be a rush sometimes to put together online orders. I like this location better than the one near my house because they are typically more consistent. I usually mobile order and go in to pick up the order. 4 out of 5 times they have food ready as promised. The time they are super busy is when they miss the window. The last order March 2022) the portions were less then the last order, not sure if this was due to how busy they were it was the time they were late with the order). Could also be a new standard, not sure .
