HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The two little girls who were preparing the food were complete idiots. My boyfriend was placing two orders, one for him, one for me. IF THERE IS ONE PERSON ORDERING FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS TAKE YOUR TIME AND DON'T RUSH THEM!!! He is unhappy with his meal because the two idiot girls were talking at the same time to him about both orders, asking him questions about both meals when they should have focused on one at a time! It completely frustrated him that they weren't taking their time in helping him correctly because now he has a subpar burrito because he couldn't focus on what both of them were saying at the same time, he also had asked for extra rice and extra cheese...

Typically, this restaurant is pretty good but lately there have been real inconsistencies with portion sizes. My husband's bowl was much larger than mine. I asked for no rice and was given very little beans and sofritas. It was disappointing when you're hungry. The same thing happened the last time we ordered for my husband's meal.

Man, it's frustrating to order online and pay nearly $15 extra, but this is the second time I've shelled out almost $45 for a burrito and bowl that are mostly just rice. This is a chain restaurant, so I know it wouldn't hurt the employees to be a bit more generous with the portions.

Twice I’ve come to this location and the people are nice but they always mess up the food. My burrito wasn’t wrapped correctly so it fell apart on my first bite. Not happy.

This Burrito Bowl was the worst I've had by far. It was cold, the rice was mushy like pudding, and the steak was tough to chew. Overall, the quality was very poor.

Place is Dirty! Staff is Rude! Food preparation is not good they over poring all the ingredients. Overcharged for itens i haven’t ordered.
