I received a complimentary entree coupon from a regional manager at Chipotle. I was unaware that it had expired on December 31st, as it was still early in the new year. However, when I presented the coupon to the cashier, they loudly exclaimed, "THAT'S EXPIRED," and pushed it away. This experience was not pleasant, as it made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I had made a special effort to visit the restaurant, and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed.
This restaurant is located on the 16th Street Mall. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is excellent. I will definitely be coming back here every week and will bring my family next time. The only downside is that they do not have an alcohol license, but since it's located in downtown on the 16th Street Mall, there are plenty of other places nearby to grab a drink.
Good food but service didn't seem like they cared about work and the cashier didn't do anything to help out his team he just stood there and waited for the girl on the line to do everything including put it into the bag even as the line grew he twiddle his thumbs and let her do 95% of the work.
I find myself quite the chipotle connoisseur and I stopped by on a Friday during lunch time and it was one of the friendliest cleanest chipotle’s I have been in. I am staying in town for a couple weeks and will certainly be visiting this location in my routine for lunches. Reserva una mesa ahora
This restaurant is popular due to its location on 16th street, but it cannot be beat for convenience. The food is excellent, although the prices are higher than what I am used to in my home state. This is not surprising given the location.
I always go to this Chipotle when I'm in the Denver area. The portion sizes are generous and the food quality is consistently good. Orders are always ready within 5 minutes of the estimated time. The location is great.
if they like chips and salsa, this can be the only thing they can eat here. 99.9% of their menu is not vegan, their guac and fried beans are not even vegan. would not recommend here.

Cheapest Fastest lunch downtown. However, someone needs to check quantity control. They give half scoops of everything and it's only gotten worse.
