Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff at this restaurant does a poor job with online orders. I spent almost $20 on a steak asada bowl and only got 3 pieces of meat. The bowl was mostly rice and vegetables. I'm tired of paying high prices without getting what I paid for. It's rare to find good and efficient service from people who actually care about the quality of their work. Meal type: Lunch.

The young female staff who work here ruin the experience. Rude, don’t want to work, don’t provide receipts. They think their pay comes from someone besides the people who pay for food. The place is dirty, the counters are gross, the credit card machine doesn’t get wiped down. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I ordered a steak burrito bowl, but was disappointed to find a large clump of fat in the meat. I had to pull it out in one piece, which was disgusting. I cannot believe they would serve that to someone expecting them to eat it. Not to mention, it was also pricey. Overall, very disappointing experience.

The portion size at this restaurant is ridiculously small for the price. I paid $30 without using a Dash Pass for a single burrito bowl with guacamole, only to receive a quarter of the portion I would typically get in the restaurant.

The tacos were cold and they forgotten to include the chips. You can find better Mexican food at lower prices from nearly any other place.
