The old skinny lady who was in charge of combining the toppings and wrapping is terrible. As she was pouring the sala into my burrito she places it in one spot instead of evenly pouring it, I asked her if she can evenly pour the sala she gives me a look and pours spoon full! Not only that she doesn’t know how to wrap a burrito she bunches it up and it falls apart when trying to eat it. I ordered two burritos and it’s horribly wrapped. So if you see that old lady making your food ask for someone else to do it.

Every time I order from there, I barely get any food it’s ridiculous. I get the burrito bowl and it’s never completely filled. It’s disrespectful how little meat they put in the bowls. This recent order I counted 7 pieces of carne asada. It is not worth the money you spend.
We ordered lunch on Friday, but they only had about half of the menu items available. The woman at the counter repeatedly asked if I was sure about my choice. The chips were a bit stale. We're planning to try the new location on Harlem next time.

The manager was incredibly arrogant. I complained that my burrito didn't have any chicken in it, and when I showed it to her, she told me that I would have to pay extra if I wanted more. But there was no chicken in it to begin with!
The portion sizes need to be increased; the cost is not justified by what you receive. I was very disappointed! As for vegetarian options, there should be more vegetables included.
Horrible. My food was burnt so bad. I know they saw they burnt my food. There is no way they didn't know. Why would you give someone food that they can't eat?
I usually go at 9pm and they are always out of something and where they prepare the food is a complete mess. Need a whole new staff….get it together.

Had to wait 25 minutes for another batch of orange chicken was ready… the old guy preparing it was just talking instead of getting his work
Overpriced and low quality. Taco Burrito King has better food for less money.
